We had dinner with two colleagues and tried several appetizers and pastas. I couldn’t choose what was the best. Everything was absolutely delicious! We even tried the pasta with potatoes and provolone which was prepared in front of us in a wheel of parmigian cheese. Amazing!! The best Italian food I’ve had in a long time!!! The service was great and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Well done!!!

The moment you walk inside you are instantly transported to Capri. From the food to ambience it’s a must!! Loved how elevated the menu was and the cocktails were 10/10! I can’t wait to go back a NYC treasure 🥰

I went here after work because I heard the food was so good and it definitely is. There are plenty of vegan options, I prefer to send the bar because I think you get better service. Everyone's really nice and they even had a wonderful Sauvignon Blanc by the glass for me. Not sure what time to tell you to go to avoid the clouds but I was there around 7:30. I had no problem getting service at the bar, although if you like they can definitely give you a table. You may want to make reservations though because some people were waiting about 15 minutes for a table.

My family and I have been here a few times and knew we’d want to spend Christmas Eve dinner here - that’s how good it is! Mario and all the staff are incredible, the food is extremely delicious from the sides to the fresh made pasta and mains. The cocktails are made very well too, including our favorite martini with anchovies. This place is really wholesome and worth every penny, with a million Italian restaurants in nyc this is definitely our favorite.

This place was AMAZING!! Everything we had was bursting with rich flavor !! The pasta was soo incredibly fresh The food comes out really fast and super hot which is very nice and our waiter was a sweetheart we absolutely would eat here a million times over !!

Mr. Capri is a very special place! First, the service and hospitality we receive is unlike most other restaurants. Alessandro and Mario are such great owners and provide a warm, welcoming environment for guests. Second, the food is extremely authentic and includes dishes you will not see on other Italian restaurant menus. Lastly, my wife and I have held multiple private parties here and each time the staff is beyond accommodating, always making it a memorable experience. I cannot say enough good things about Alessandro, Mario, and this friendly neighborhood restaurant.

Mr.Capri is my go-to spot every single time i visit new york. As some who is from Italy, the food is authentic and super flavorful. If you live in new york or if you are just visiting, this cozy restaurant is a must!

From the moment we stepped into Mr. Capri, we were greeted with an inviting atmosphere and a sense of authentic Italian hospitality. The Pre-fix menu at Mr. Capri caters to all tastes, making it an ideal spot for a diverse group. Our party indulged in everything from Polpette alla genovese to rich and flavorful Rigatoni burrata dish showcased the restaurant's commitment to authentic Italian flavors. Cheers to Mr. Capri for making my friend's birthday celebration an unforgettable experience. Grazie
